Our brand, our DNA
II can not remember when or where I realized we should call ourselves Orderly People. My co-founder (also named Maria) may have hatched it. Or maybe it was me. But I remember the feeling: the same relief as when a calculation is correct or an equation spells itself out; Orderly People.
Orderly, reliable, thorough people. That's what we are. We are engineers, so it is in our professional DNA to be meticulous with details, figures, and calculations. Our clients should know that they are in safe hands when we work for them. Also, we've got grit. There is no Swedish word for it; the closest you'll get is probably determination or stubbornness. We do the job and then some. It's as simple as that.
In addition to this, we are human. It may sound obvious, but it deserves to point out. A consulting business is nothing without its consultants, who are people, and they are the core of what Orderly People is all about.
But it is also essential for another reason: when hiring people, one must understand that they are people. People with different needs, dreams, conditions, strengths, and weaknesses.
